I love the Lord Of The Ring trilogy. I love to watch it again and again. I love it. There are one scene i like the most which is in the battle of Gondor. The army of Rohan preparing for a battle to aid Gondor which heavily under attack by Mordor. Theoden King ride to give such a dramatic speech.
Eomer. Take your Èored down the left flank. Gamling, follow the King’s banner down the center. Grimbold, take your company right, after you pass the wall. Forth, and fear no darkness! Arise! Arise, Riders of Theoden! Spears shall be shaken, shields shall be splintered! A sword day… a red day… ere the sun rises!
Ride now!… Ride now!… Ride! Ride to ruin and the world’s ending!
Death! Death! DEATH!!!!!
I love to watch how Eowyn react to this speech. There are fear for sure and it takes a lot of courage to answer such a demanding call. Eowyn choose to devote her life for the great battle of her lifetime even the outcome was completely uncertain.
Once you decide on what you really want, there are no more turning back. Everythings after that is a quest. Whether or not you end up happy with your choice is not that important as long as you really know what you want in your life! After all, you know that you have a courage to stick on your choice rather than being push here and there without any clue on what you really want in life.
Kudos to Eowyn for being my woman of courage! Heheh..
